Please take the time to read these few rules for using the layouts that I've created.
If you decide to use one of the layouts, please respect that I, Catie, have spend a lot of time on it, so avoid taking credit for any of my work, or change the look of the layout. I've spent a lot of time making it what it is.
It's completely okay for you to use my layouts for your website, that's what they are there for. But do not put them up, for people to download them off your website. If you want layouts on your website, that people can download, and use on their websites, make your own layouts for them to download!
Do not remove where it says "Layout by" nor the theblackpearl button.
