ATTRACTING VISITORS

When you've just put your website online, it can be rather difficult to attract visitors. Maney new webmasters, makes the mistake, of just writing "hi good site, visit mine!" in peoples guestbooks, and that puts people off (incl. me!), as that's just random advertising, which seems violating. You might as well, learn is now: Peoples guestbooks and tagwalls are NOT your personal billboards!
Instead give these ways a try.

Not only do you recive more visitors this way, you also get some feed back on your website, which is VERY important, if you whish to improve your website.

That way your visitors will visit their sites, and their visitors is will visit yours(or atleast some will), all fair and square.. It attracts a lots more visitors than a review, and you'll be linked permanantly!

If people have them on their site, that is.. They are not as common as things such as affilates, and website reviews. But if there is a survey on the website you're visiting, fill it, as that also attracts visitors.

It's rarely hard to follow the rules they set for the competition (mostly things like "do not directlink" and "no porn" ect). That way you'll also have some of your current rank among the webmasternetwork you're part of.

Lots of people looks at toplists for new sites(or atleast they should), so natrually that makes it a good way to get see and, more importantly, get seen.. and it only takes a few minutes to join.

Plugboards are also a very effective way to attract visitors.. Add you URL in every plugsborad you see! It's fast, easy, and the rules are very easy to follow..
