SITENAME ADVICE

For some people it can be really difficult to come up with a prober name for your website. And often peoples choise of name for their website, could have been better, more practical, and thought through.

Easy to remember
First of all, the name has gotta be easy to remember, and by that I mean.. well, let me just give a little exsample: In 2004 and 2005 the new sitenames trend, was to have really short(as short as possible) sitename, that had a lot of S's, Z's, I's, and if deeply necessary A's in it. Also it needed to sound really cute, and girly if possible. A lot of the names people came up with, wasn't bad, not at all, but there was so maney of them, that you had no idea what was what, and wasn't capable of remembering the good sites from the bad. And don't get me started on the Q trend! Either way, the point of the story is, what ever you do, to hell with whatever current trends! Make up your own words if you have to, but whatever you do, don't run with the pack.

"Deep"
Here's another tricky one.. Everyone (except mabey the people meantioned above), wants to be original and "deep", which tends to result in (not to offend anyone, but..) names like deep-inside, deep-within, dark-shaddows, dying-inside, fading-away ect. ect. It's the 8-10 same words over and over again! It took me ages to learn, which site was which, of deep-within and deep-inside. Therefore when you're trying to be »deep« do not, I repeat, DO NOT EVER use the 8 first word, that you can think of.. Actually to be shure do not use the first 10!

(Okay, dudes, what's below should only be read by people, with a somewhat sense of humor)
